2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Händle & Korte GmbH & Co. KG (hk-net.de) on a Plesk environment. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes server log data (e.g. IP address, date/time, page requested) to ensure the site operates reliably.

3. Contact Form

When you use the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, message) is sent by email to info@jasst-shop.de in order to process your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

4. Orders & Payment Processing (Stripe)

For checkout and payment, we use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Limited, Ireland). When you make a purchase, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout page, where your order and payment data (e.g. name, address, email, payment details) is transmitted directly to Stripe. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, or other Stripe-supported methods depending on your selection:

This site loads fonts (Fraunces, Work Sans) from Google Fonts. Your IP address may be transmitted to Google LLC (USA) as a result. [Note: for a fully GDPR-compliant setup without this third-party connection, we recommend self-hosting the font files instead.]

6. Cookies

Stripe and optionally PayPal may set technically necessary cookies for payment processing. On our own website (jasst-shop.de) no tracking or marketing cookies are used. A cookie consent banner is therefore not currently required.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and port your personal data, as well as to object to its processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

8. Withdrawal form

If you use our withdrawal form, we will process the data provided on it (name, email address, order details and, where applicable, the reason for withdrawal) in order to process your withdrawal. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR (performance of a contract, legal obligation).
