• Processing time: approx. 3 business days after payment is received. For one-off pieces custom-made to the customer's specifications (category "One-off pieces made to order"), by arrangement.
• Shipping within Germany and the EU.
• As all items are handcrafted one-of-a-kind pieces, each item is available only once.

Right of Withdrawal

Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (JASST-Shop, Am Oberen Feld 7, 40668 Meerbusch, Germany, email: info@jasst-shop.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). Alternatively, you can use our withdrawal button to declare the withdrawal electronically.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion / early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or expires early, for contracts involving goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Our one-of-a-kind items in the other categories are handmade but not manufactured to individual customer specifications; for these, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in full. For items in the "One-off pieces made to order" category, which are made based on individual customer requests, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to German law (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).

Returns

Returns are possible within the statutory withdrawal period. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Please contact us before returning an item via our contact form.
