The legal relationship between JASST-Shop and its customers in connection with deliveries and/or services provided by JASST-Shop is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions. The following General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to the sale of goods and the provision of services by JASST-Shop exclusively via the internet portal jasst-shop.de. Other terms, in particular terms set by the end customer, only apply insofar as we have acknowledged them in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email). These Terms and Conditions shall form part of the contract if you expressly accept them by clicking on the relevant link during the ordering process. You may print this text or save it to your computer.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, consumers are natural persons who enter into a business relationship for purposes that cannot be attributed to a commercial or independent professional activity. Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who enter into a business relationship in the course of exercising a commercial or independent professional activity. "Customer" within the meaning of these T&Cs refers to both consumers and entrepreneurs.

The language available for concluding the contract is German or English. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the contracting party is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, our place of business is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all claims.

Despite the greatest care in preparing this document, printing errors, typing errors, or transmission errors cannot be ruled out. No liability can therefore be assumed for such errors.

Sale of Products by JASST-Shop to You

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Product descriptions, depictions, etc. are descriptions of performance, but not guarantees. A guarantee requires a written statement from JASST-Shop.

In contracts with consumers, the seller retains ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full. In contracts with entrepreneurs, the seller retains ownership of the goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship have been settled. As long as the purchase price has not been paid in full, the customer is obliged to a) treat the goods with care, and b) notify the seller immediately of any third-party access to the goods, e.g. in the event of seizure, any damage to the goods, or their destruction, and/or c) notify the seller immediately of any change of possession of the goods or change of the customer's own residence. The seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract and demand the return of the goods in the event of conduct by the customer in breach of contract, in particular in the event of default of payment or breach of the aforementioned obligations. The entrepreneur is entitled to resell the goods in the ordinary course of business. They hereby assign to the seller all claims arising from such resale against a third party in the amount of the invoice amount. The seller accepts this assignment. Following the assignment, the entrepreneur is entitled to collect the claim. The seller reserves the right to collect the claim itself should the entrepreneur fail to properly meet their payment obligations and fall into default.

In accordance with Section 19(1) of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown. Plus delivery charges. The individual product view on the website indicates whether VAT can be shown on the invoice. Shipping costs are clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page, and are also available on the website.

Payment is made either by credit card or PayPal via our payment service provider.

The seller reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods for individual orders and to refer customers to other payment methods instead.

Processing Time, Delivery & Right of Withdrawal

Processing time is generally approx. 3 business days after payment is received. For one-off pieces custom-made to the customer's specifications (category "One-off pieces made to order"), the processing time is by arrangement. As all items are handcrafted one-of-a-kind pieces, each item is available only once. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers applies, except for one-off pieces custom-made to the customer's specifications in the "One-off pieces made to order" category, for which the right of withdrawal is excluded; details and the allocation of return shipping costs can be found in our withdrawal policy.
